Chateau cottage (above) comfortably sleeps 4-6 people and has been newly renovated, but retains its character with exposed beams, stones and a huge fireplace. It is on one level thus ensuring comfortable accommodation for the elderly and increased safety for young children. The gite has been newly furnished to a high standard thus ensuring you will be comfortable during your stay with us. The gite has 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, fully fitted dine in kitchen with exposed beams throughout. There are two bedrooms with double wardrobes in both: a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and a twin bedroom with 2 single beds. There is also a family bathroom with power jacuzzi shower, toilet and washbasin.The living room is attractively furnished; it has UK satellite television, DVD and video player and a range of dvds,videos,books and games are supplied. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge if required.The kitchen is fully fitted including a washing machine,microwave, fridge/freezer and electric oven with gas hob; a cot and high chair can be made available upon request. The kitchen table will comfortably seat six people and everything you need is included within the kitchen including a corkscrew !Outside there is a large gravelled private patio area with BBQ, parasol and garden furniture. Eglise house (below) comfortably sleeps 6-7 people and recently painstakingly restored whilst retaining all its gallic charm. The period property is on two floors comprising a wonderful spacious open plan area downstairs for all the family and a downsatairs wc and there is a hand made oak staircase leading to the three bedrooms and luxury shower room on the first floor. It has all the mod cons including all new kitchen equipment and even a dishwasher, plasma tv with uk satellite and cd / mp3 player etc and huge sofas to relax on.The property benefits from a private under cover rear bbq area with outside lighting. There is a very large in ground heated swimming pool, with sun loungers, benches and parasols; we also have a children's play area and French boules court too too!The gites are open all year, benefiting from oil-fired central heating throughout and a wood burning fire in the lounge.The gites are situated amidst rolling countryside with outstanding views over the surrounding hills but located within easy reach of main attractions and larger towns. Sorry we do not accept pets and the accommodation is non smoking. Sheets and towels are all included for your convenience with the exception of beach towels. It is possible to rent both properties at the same time for larger groups and families. |
